sausage strata

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 3/4 cup milk
• 2 or 3 shakes of worstchestsire sauce
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard
• 1 pound of lean sausage
• 6 to 8 slices of bread
• 6 to 8 slices of swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Beat eggs, add milk, yellow mustard and worstchestire sauce. Set aside. Brown sausage, drain.

Place sliced bread on bottom of 13x9 pan. Top with sausage, add egg mixture. Top with swiss cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes.
