Mix above ingredients together. Place small spoonful of mixture into wonton skins. Use your finger to seal with water around the edges. Boil until float to the top.
Dipping sauce: Mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tsp rice vinegar, 2 tsps finely shredded ginger, 3 tbsp water.
